800 g of tomato
500 g of saithe
4 tablespoons mustard
4 cloves of garlic
4 teaspoons of fresh cream (light)
4 tablespoons polenta (or semolina)
Pepper
Salt
Fresh basil
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 1H15
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and fry them 5 min with a little olive oil.
Step 2
Add mustard, cream and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the polenta and let it thicken for 5 min.
Step 4
Mix the cod, mix the two preparations.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 6
Pour into a gratin dish and bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.
Author's note
Add a little water, if necessary, when cooking in the pan.
