3 onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 eggplant

500 g chopped stuffing

Pepper

Salt

Paprika

3 tablespoons of butter

Fresh basil

100 ml fresh cream

80 g grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente.
Step 2
Peel the onions and chop them finely, peel the garlic and squeeze it, cut the aubergines into small cubes.
Step 3
Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika, then brown it in butter.
Step 4
Add onions, garlic and eggplant cubes, then cook until the ingredients soak together.
Step 5
Coarsely chop the basil. Mix the minced meat, cream, cheese and basil.
Step 6
Drain the pasta, cover with sauce and serve.
