1 pizza dough

1 eggplant

1 sprig of fresh basil

10 slices of pancetta

70 g mozzarella cheese

250 g cherry tomato

1 teaspoon oregano

1 drizzle of olive oil

Step 1
Cut the aubergines into thin slices, spread olive oil and oregano on top and put them in the oven at 220°C (thermostat 7) for 10 minutes. (wait until they are golden)
Step 2
Put the aubergines, pancetta, mozzarella (cut into pieces), cherry tomatoes (cut in half) on the pizza dough and put it in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
