400 g of farfalle (500 if greedy)

4 slices of white ham (ideal for children)

150 g chopped spinach with cream (frozen)

1 onion

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or half a spoon if it is dry)

1 clove of garlic (optional)

1 scoop of mozzarella (125 g)

50 g grated parmesan cheese

1 red pepper

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Thyme

Paprika

Nutmeg

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the onion and chopped garlic, basil and thyme, and diced pepper over low heat in a little oil.
Step 3
Once the onions are golden, add the spinach cubes (take them out of the freezer a little beforehand, it cooks faster) and cook for about 5 min.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg:)
Step 5
When the spinach is hot, add the ham cut into thin slices, then the finely chopped mozzarella cheese (so that it melts well) and add a "chouillette d'eau" if necessary.
Step 6
When the mozzarella is well melted, add a little paprika and parmesan cheese, and serve over the hot farfalle!
Author's note
On your plates! Set! Go! Go! Nice to make boudchoux eat spinach, it smells good and it's full of colours.
