Fresh glass with summer vegetables

Fresh glass with summer vegetables

Number of people

2 tomatoes 

1/2 cucumber

1/2 red onion

1 green pepper

60 g fresh cheese

1 lime

3 sprigs of chives

1 sprig of fresh basil

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Seed and, if desired, peel the green pepper with a peeler.
Step 2
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, add the chives and a few chopped basil leaves.
Step 3
Add the lime juice and mix the fresh cheese in the preparation. Set aside in a cool place at least half an hour before serving.
Step 4
Salt and pepper are optional, you can also spice up the taste with tabasco and/or coriander.
Step 5
This preparation can also be served with barbecue grilled meats.
