2 cucumbers

1 green pepper

1 kiwi (very ripe, it should not be too acidic)

125 g garlic and herbs cheese (Boursin type, equivalent to one jar)

4 tablespoons of olive oil

5 fresh basil leaves

1 clove of garlic

2 slices of sandwich bread

Salt

Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into 1 to 2 cm thick slices.
Step 2
Seed the pepper and do the same. Peel the kiwi, cut it in 4. Put all this in a blender.
Step 3
Add the cheese, basil, degermed garlic clove, and sandwich bread.
Step 4
Mix everything together until you get a smooth soup.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Let stand at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Enjoy very fresh.
Author's note
Ideal with bread, cheese and a little cold meats.
