2 medium courgettes

4 cloves of garlic

50 g fresh goat cheese

1 tomato

4 fresh basil leaves

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Pepper

Step 1
Peel the courgettes completely, and cut them into pieces.
Step 2
Peel the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Place the zucchini and garlic in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 30 minutes: the garlic must be too soft!
Step 4
Drain, then set aside.
Step 5
Mound the tomato, after boiling it for a few seconds.
Step 6
Mix the vegetables (tomato, courgettes, garlic) with the fresh goat cheese, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper; the mixture must be homogeneous and sparkling.
Step 7
After the preparation has cooled, put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 8
Serve chilled, in small individual cups.

It is possible to use this "foam" to decorate the "dips". You can also add diced fresh tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
