150 g farfalle type pasta (butterflies)

300 g shrimp

1 tomato

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
While you are cooking the pasta in salted water (with a drizzle of olive oil), peel the shrimp, leaving only the tail, set aside.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Step 3
When the pasta is al dente but still firm (about 8 min), drain it and divide it in 2 equal parts on two sheets of aluminium foil.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, shrimps, salt and pepper and basil to them.
Step 5
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil on each of the papillotes.
Step 6
Close the foil and place in a preheated oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 10 minutes.
Step 7
