1 zucchini
6 carrots

Grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
Fresh basil

Step 1
Slice the courgette into thin slices with a peeler. After peeling the carrots, slice them like zucchini.
Step 2
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the chopped vegetables. Turn regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Step 4
When the pasta is cooked, mix it with the vegetables and add basil leaves. Serve with grated cheese.
