500 g pasta

4 tomatoes

400 g peas

Fresh basil

250 g mascarpone

50 g fresh grated parmesan cheese

1 knob of butter

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 bread crumb

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of nutmeg

Wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Drain the peas. Grate the parmesan cheese. Wash and chop the basil (1 small handful of leaves).
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 180°, thermostat 6.
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to the indicated cooking time (al dente).
Step 6
As soon as they are drained, add the mascarpone, and melt it by mixing. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.

Add the tomatoes, peas and chopped basil.

Transfer to an ovenproof dish, oiled with olive oil.

Cover with grated parmesan cheese, a little breadcrumbs and a few hazelnuts of butter.
