225 g spaghetti

500 g frozen spinach, chopped

1 onion

1 bunch fresh basil

400 g button mushroom

4 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Grated Parmesan or Gruyère cheese to your taste

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Chop the onion finely and brown it in a frying pan with olive oil.
Step 2
Add the spinach and let it melt.
Step 3
Drain the mushrooms and add them to the spinach, add the basil and finally the crème fraîche.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Cooking time: until it is hot!
Step 6
Serve with 2 slices of ham (raw or cooked) per person - or other meat, to make a complete dish.
