600 g of penne about

200 g gorgonzola

25 cl thick fresh cream

25 g butter

1 bunch of fresh basil

1 handful of pine nuts

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cut the gorgonzola into cubes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water "al dente".
Step 3
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the gorgonzola. Melt it completely over low heat.
Step 4
Gradually add the thick cream and a little fresh basil coarsely cut.
Step 5
Mix everything with the drained penne and season with pepper.
Step 6
Just before serving, add the rest of the basil and a few pine nuts.
