Penne with Italian flavor

Penne with Italian flavor

Number of people

500 g of penne rigate

20 cl of tomato sauce

2 scoops of mozzarella

15 fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons olive oil


Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta as indicated in boiling salted water and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Step 2
Meanwhile pour the tomato sauce into a large frying pan and heat it.
Step 3
Chop the basil and add half of it to the sauce to flavor. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and pour half of it into the sauce.
Step 4
Mix gently with a wooden spoon.
Step 5
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it into the pan.
Step 6
Add the remaining mozzarella and mix again, keeping the pan on low heat (1 minute).
