3 peppers (1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow)

1 quarter of brie de meaux

6 slices of square bread

3 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of fresh basil

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper
For support:

Rocket

Cherry tomato

Balsamic vinegar

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Ideally the day before, blanch the peppers 10 min in boiling water. Peel them and remove seeds and white filaments. Cut them into strips.
Step 2
Marinate them with garlic, fresh chopped basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
Step 4
Arrange on the bread slices, pickled peppers and cover with slices of brie.
Step 5
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Step 6
Serve with arugula and cherry tomatoes (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper)
