1 shortcrust pastry

2 jars of vanilla cream

4 fresh basil leaves

2 fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons of sugar

150 g raspberries

Raspberry jelly (optional)




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Bake the dough for about 20 minutes at 220°C (thermostat 8).
Step 2
Mix 2 handfuls of raspberries with sugar, basil and mint.
Step 3
Once the dough is cooked and cooled, spread the raspberry cream with aromatic herbs on the pie shell.
Step 4
Then place the raspberries on top.
Step 5
Heat the jelly to liquefy and spread over the raspberries.
Step 6
Put in the fridge and enjoy.
