2 red peppers

2 cloves of garlic

Cinnamon

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Fresh basil

Cayenne pepper

Step 1
Boil water in a saucepan and place the peppers in it for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove them and put them under cold water, so that they can be peeled and seeded.

Cut thin slices lengthwise and place them in a dish at your convenience.

Cut the garlic cloves into small pieces.

Sprinkle the strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, add the cayenne pepper and garlic.
