Fresh basil
1 sun-dried tomato
slice of country bread or standard toast

Step 1
Cut the cleaned basil leaves into small pieces.
Step 2
Then cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces as well.
Step 3
Mix everything with 500 g of ricotta cheese.
Step 4
When the mixture is homogeneous, spread the toasts.
