Salmon noodles with pesto (wok)

Salmon noodles with pesto (wok)

Number of people

600 g salmon cut into 2 cm cubes (or salmon steak will be much faster but less economical)

500 g Chinese noodles

1 roasted nori leaf

1 tablespoon olive oil
For nori pesto:

1 roasted nori leaf in strips

180 g fresh basil

65 g fresh dill

2 tablespoons pine nuts

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

125 g olive oil

20 g coarsely grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Prepare the nori pesto by vigorously mixing all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the diced salmon with half of the pesto in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes. Drain.
Step 4
Cut the roasted nori leaf into strips.
Step 5
Drain the fish.
Step 6
Put the oil in the wok and sauté the salmon in small amounts until it is cooked and golden. Keep warm.
Step 7
Sauté the noodles to warm them up. Stir in the salmon and then add the rest of the pesto.
Step 8
Enjoy your meal.
