10 sheets of brick

20 cooked langoustines

1 bunch of fresh basil

3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

50 g pine nuts

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Prepare the stuffing:
Step 2
Mix the basil with the olive oil (add as you go to obtain the desired consistency), then add the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, mix again.
Step 3
Add to this mixture the coarsely chopped langoustines and pine nuts that you have previously toasted dry in a frying pan.
Step 4
Make your samoussas by folding a sheet of brick into a triangle around the stuffing.
Step 5
Brown the samoussas in a fat-free frying pan.
Step 6
Serve, possibly with a green salad.
