20 cherry tomatoes

1 bunch of fresh basil

3 cloves of garlic

Step 1
The preparation is really simple. You have to empty the dorados and rinse them well. Then prepare the stuffing.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes cut into not too small pieces, 3 or 4 cloves of garlic (depending on your taste) cut in half and 4 or 5 leaves of chopped basil. Finally, sprinkle the whole thing with an abundant drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3
Mix, then fill the sea bream with the stuffing.
Step 4
Prepare 4 large sheets of aluminium foil, place the sea bream on the paper, cover with another sheet and close the edges well, taking care not to make holes in the paper.
Step 5
Then place them on a large frying pan, pour water until they are almost covered and cook for about 35 to 40 min depending on the size of the fish, turning it halfway through.
Step 6
If necessary, add water during cooking to avoid burning the paper.
Step 7
Serve with fresh white wine. Buon Appetito!
