1 iceberg salad

1 lettuce or other salad

1 orange

Pepper

Salt

1/2 bunch of chives

1/2 bunch of fresh basil

100 g strawberries

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

1 onion

Croutons

Pine nuts, raisins

5 cherry tomatoes

1 egg
For the raspberry vinaigrette:

5 tablespoons of oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

7 crushed raspberries

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Clean the salad and drain well.
Step 2
Peel the orange and make thin pieces.
Step 3
Cook the egg and cut it into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the strawberries and onion into small pieces as well...

All in a salad bowl with spices of your choice and herbs with raspberry vinaigrette and you will have a delicious and very fresh salad to accompany barbecues, chickens or simply served with tuna.

I also vary according to what I have in the refrigerator, sometimes I add grated carrots, small pieces of cucumbers, white cabbage, apples, a second kind of cheese etc.....

In winter, I rather juggle with apples, walnuts, cooked plain bacon, raisins or fresh ones depending on the arrival, and I often serve this as an accompaniment to cheese platters or fondue, raclette, grilled meat, tuna, etc....
