16 scallops

1 shallot

2 tomatoes

8 fresh basil leaves

1 dried fig

1 lime (for the juice)

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Step 1
Wash the scallops and remove the coral.
Step 2
Cut the scallops and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
Finely slice the fig, shallot and basil. Mix it all together.
Step 4
Add olive oil and lime juice.
Step 5
Mix again. Season with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 6
Enjoy this freshness!
Author's note
If you have trouble cutting scallops into small cubes, put them in the freezer half an hour beforehand.
