4 tomatoes Beef heart

4 Crimean Black Tomatoes

4 scoops of mozzarella

3 spoons of olive oil

1 spoonful of balsamic vinegar

Pepper

Salt

1 bunch of fresh basil

Step 1
Preheat the oven grill.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices separately.
Step 3
Place the slices of Beef Heart tomatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and put them in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Step 5
Arrange the slices of Crimean Black Tomatoes and Mozzarella on the plate.
Step 6
Emulsify the oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Place the hot tomato slices on top of the plates. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with basil.
Step 8
Serve while the tomatoes are hot.
