2 courgettes

6 carrots

400 g fresh spinach

2 leeks

2 turnips

20 cl of liquid fresh cream

3 fresh basil leaves

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Peel all the vegetables, cut them coarsely into pieces, and place them in a pot containing 5 glasses of medium cold water.
Step 2
Add the whole spinach leaves (after removing the stems a little tough). Add salt and cook 25 min.
Step 3
When the vegetables are cooked, add the basil leaves and blend in a blender. Add the fresh cream at the last minute.
Step 4
Have a good tasting.

The fresher and more natural the vegetables, the more flavours will come out!
