1 can peeled tomatoes

2 fresh square cheeses

1 small jar of lump egg

1 clove of garlic

10 cl of liquid cream

1 jar of olives filled with anchovies (or plain)

Nutmeg

Fresh basil

Pepper

Salt

Dill



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Start with the tomato preparation: in a dish mix the peeled tomatoes with the pressed garlic clove, basil, salt and pepper to your liking. Chop coarsely with a blender or fork.
Step 2
Keep in a cool place.
Step 3
Preparation of the fresh cheese with olives: in a blender, mix the fresh squares, liquid cream and olives. Add a little nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Fill the verrines or small glasses with: a layer of cheese and olive preparation then a layer of tomato preparation, finally place 1/2 teaspoon of decorative lumps eggs on top and a few branches of dill.
Step 5
Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.

You can also replace lumps eggs with smoked salmon...
