For the dough (unsweetened leavened dough) :

500 g flour

150 g salt-free butter
For the trim:

3 bètcheye (fat cheese from Nivelles)

4 sheets of Swiss chard

15 g chopped parsley

3 onions

3 whole eggs

150 g salted butter

Pepper

Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 40 MIN
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Make an unsweetened leavened dough but add melted butter.
Step 2
Separate the dough into balls of +/- 170 gr. Leave to ferment.
Stage 3
Mix the cheese with the whole eggs, melted butter, salt and pepper.
Step 4
To this mixture, add the chopped vegetables (onions and parsley) and mix.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to maximum.
Step 6
Roll out the dough and darken the well-buttered plates.
Step 7
Spread the mixture to a thickness of +/- 8 mm.
Step 8
Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes in a hot oven (220°C).
