Banana and Bastogne cake Tiramisu

Banana and Bastogne cake Tiramisu

Number of people

250 g mascarpone

4 eggs

120 g sugar

1 pinch of salt

6 bananas

2 packs of bastogne

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Mix the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture turns white. Gently fold in the mascarpone.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add them delicately to the mascarpone cream.
Step 4
Crush the bastogne into small pieces and cut the bananas into slices.
Step 5
In a large bowl, alternate the layers of Bastogne, mascarpone cream and bananas, repeat until the ingredients are exhausted.
Step 6
Cover the dish and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

You can vary the doses of bananas and Bastogne according to your taste.
