2 bibs

4 shallots

1 tablespoon veal stock

50 cl red wine

Salt

Pepper

30 g butter




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 35 MIN
Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Peel the shallots and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Sweat the shallots in butter over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the red wine and veal stock previously diluted in a little water. Season with salt and pepper, then cook over low heat for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the flank steaks to your liking.
Step 5
Mix the 2 preparations, then enjoy!
Author's note
Add red wine during cooking if you find that the preparation reduces too much.
