4 eggs

40 cl of fresh cream

20 cl of milk

300 g of beaufort

Pepper

Salt

Nutmeg

1 shortcrust pastry




Preparation

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Spread the shortcrust pastry in your pan.
Step 2
Prepare the device by mixing the 4 egg yolks, cream, milk and seasoning.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture.
Step 4
Cut the Beaufort into small strips and distribute it evenly in the mold.
Step 5
Pour the device into the oven and place it in the middle of the oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
