100 g polenta

100 g grated Beaufort cheese

200 g of frozen julienne vegetables

Liquid Cream

Tomato concentrate

1 stock cube


Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the polenta in 50 cl of stock.
Step 2
As soon as it comes off, add the julienne, tomato paste and a little cream.
Step 3
Mix everything together, spread the polenta in a gratin dish and sprinkle it with Beaufort cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 20 min at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 5
Serve in wedges with a salad.
