4 beef flannels (150 to 200 g per person)

1 kg frozen leek

Butter for cooking

20 cl of fresh cream

1 tablespoon curry powder (mild or strong to taste)

Flavoured rice

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Cook the leeks in plenty of water with coarse salt for about 7 to 8 minutes and drain.
Step 2
Cut the bibs into thin slices.
Step 3
Put the butter in a frying pan and brown the leeks and meat over high heat.
Step 4
As soon as the meat turns colourful, add the crème fraîche and a dollop of curry (to taste).
Step 5
Serve with a flavoured Thai rice. Insured travel....
