400 g berkukes
2 zucchinis
2 carrots
1 turnip
100 g chickpeas
100 g bean
1 can of tomato pulp
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 bunch of coriander
Olive oil
1 stock cube
1 teaspoon of Ras el Hanout

Preparation

Step 1
The day before, soak the beans and chickpeas in cold water.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
Stage 3
Fry the garlic and onion in a hot casserole dish with a little oil.
Step 4
Add the tomato pulp, tomato concentrate and stock cube. Stir until the stock cube is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Add 2L of water, the beans, chickpeas and ras el Hanout and simmer for 30 minutes from the first broths.
Step 6
Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
Step 7
Add the vegetables to the casserole, cover and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Then add the berkukes (the pellets) and chopped coriander and continue cooking for 20 minutes uncovered, stirring regularly.
Step 9
Serve hot.
