Step 1
Bread the dumplings: flour them one by one, pass them through the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumbs, cook them over a low heat in a frying pan with a little oil.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a frying pan (without oil).
Step 3
Arrange the salad with salad, sliced tomato, grilled bacon, and cooked quenelles on top. To accompany the dumplings, make a little tomato sauce available in a small container to soak the dumplings.
