2 puff pastry pastries

750 g broccoli

200 g grated Beaufort cheese

200 g thick cream

1 whole egg + 1 yolk

Pepper

Salt

Nutmeg

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Refresh immediately in cold water.
Step 2
Mix the cream with the cheese, egg, nutmeg and pepper.
Step 3
Garnish a pie dish with a dough.
Step 4
Pour the broccoli cut into large pieces on the bottom of the dough. Spread the cheese cream. Cover with the other paste and solder them together. Gild the top with an egg.
Step 5
Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 220° (thermostat 7)
