Cake coppa, beaufort, walnut

3 eggs

150 g flour

1 sachet of yeast

10 cl oil (sunflower or rapeseed)

12.5 cl milk (preferably whole milk)

100 g coppa

50 g grated cheese

125 g of Beaufort

20 nuts





Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 55 MIN
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Beat the eggs.
Step Three
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Step 4
Heat the oil and milk (40s in the microwave on full power) and add to the preparation gently without stopping stirring.
Step 5
Add the 50 g of grated cheese.
Step 6
Cut the coppa, beaufort and walnuts into small pieces and add to the preparation.
Step 7
Pour into a cake dish (butter and flour if it is not a silicone dish ;-) )
Step 8
Put in the oven for 40 minutes.

Enjoy lukewarm with a green salad or an envides salad. Enjoy your meal!
