Ingredients

1 kg Swiss chard, ribs and leaves
1 shallot
4 peeled tomatoes
25 g butter
10 cl of rosé or white wine
10 cl chicken stock
1 tablespoon of strong curry powder
10 cl sauce cream
Pepper
Salt
Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Coarsely chop chard, leaves and ribs.
Step 2
Brown the shallot in the butter and then add the chard. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Stage 3
Add the tomatoes cut in 4, then the wine, stock, curry, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Stage 4
Allow to evaporate as much as possible.
Step 5
Add the cream and serve.
Step 6
For a complete dish, add cheese and gratinate in the oven.
