10 Swiss chard leaves with stem removed and large white vein

1 leftover fourme d'ambert type cheese (about 50 g)

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

50 g butter

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Chives

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Rinse the leaves and wring them out coarsely.
Step 2
Put it with the oil in a frying pan and cover, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut onion, garlic and cheese into pieces and add them to the chard.
Step 4
When the leaves have reduced, the cheese a little melted and the onion becomes transparent, add the butter and seasoning to taste, mix.
Step 5
Remove from heat, pour into a high bowl and blend with a hand blender until very green.
Step 6
Mix with the just drained pasta.
