300 g fresh lasagna dough

1 kg of chard

120 g butter

250 g minced meat

100 g grated Parmesan cheese

2 red peppers

1 onion

250 ml chicken stock

Nutmeg

500 ml of milk

40 g butter

40 g flour

Step 1
Wash the chard. Separate the ribs from the green of the leaves. Cook the ribs for 15 minutes in boiling salted water. Cook the green separately in the leaves for 5 minutes (keep the water from the ribs!) Drain carefully and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Brown the chard in 80 g of butter, add salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
Step 3
Peel the onion and chop it. Wash the peppers and cut them in half.
Step 4
Remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.
Step 5
Heat the remaining butter. Sauté the chopped onion. Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat and the stock and cook 15-20 min.
Step 6
Prepare the béchamel. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and let it slightly brown while mixing with a whisk. Pour in the cold milk all at once and heat up to the first stock without stopping stirring.
Step 7
Arrange a layer of béchamel in a rectangular ovenproof dish. Continue by forming a layer of lasagna pasta, a layer of meat, a layer of chard. Repeat these operations until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of béchamel. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Bake the lasagne for about 20-25 min in a preheated oven at 200°C (thermostat 6/7). Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
