400 g crozet s

200 g beaufort

200 g smoked bacon

15 g butter

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Boil water (1 litre of water per 100g of crozets).
Step 2
Add a good pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the crozets to boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, fry the smoked bacon in a pan without fat. Set aside once they are golden brown.
Stage 5
Cut the Beaufort into strips.
Step 6
Drain the crozets and return them to the pan.
Step 7
Add a little butter to the crozets to prevent them from sticking.
Step 8
Add the bacon and the Beaufort.
Step 9
Mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until filaments are obtained (do not hesitate to moisturize the preparation for more smoothness).
Step 10
Serve with a salad and a glass of dry white wine preferably.
