2 Noa cucumbers

2 black radishes (ball)

6 fresh basil leaves (or fresh mint)

1 goat's milk yoghurt

3 tablespoons olive oil (or organic poppy seed oil)

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel the black radishes with a peeler and grate them coarsely.
Step 3
Mix everything in a bowl with yoghurt, oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Wash the basil, chop it finely and mix with the rest of the mixture.
Step 5
Put in the fridge for 1/2 hour and serve.
Step 6
You can replace basil with mint or coriander.
I add my grain of salt
