8 batavia leaves

1/2 cucumber

2 tomatoes

1/2 bunch of radishes

8 sprigs of mint

1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley

12 cl lemon juice

10 cl olive oil

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Wash all vegetables.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and dice it into small cubes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes and salad into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the radishes into slices.
Step 5
Chop mint and parsley.
Step 6
Mix everything in a salad bowl and set aside in a cool place.
Step 7
Prepare the seasoning by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Step 8
Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
Step 9
You can add more mint and replace the parsley with coriander.
I add my grain of salt
