1 fish of 1.5 kg

2 belangères

500 g potato

50 g dove powder

4 feet of stretchers

2 cloves of garlic

Piment

Thyme

Parsley

2 onions

4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Empty and clean the fish with the lemon.
Step 2
Cut the fish into pieces. Marinate them with 2 cives, onions, thyme, half of the garlic, chilli, cloves, half of the parsley and lemon juice.
Stage 3
Peel the potatoes and beluga whites. Cut them into pieces. Chop the remaining garlic, parsley and cives.
Step 4
In an oiled frying pan, throw the spices, potatoes, beluga whites, whole chilli pepper and let return 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add 30 dl of water to this preparation and let it heat up. Place your pieces of fish. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Dissolve the dove powder in half a glass of water, then pour into your preparation.
Step 7
Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
