1 bunch of chard

4 eggs

2 small chipmunks nature

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Separate the chard ribs from the leaves and cook them separately, in a little water for the leaves (5 minutes are enough), in a lot of water for the ribs (30 min cooking time).
Step 2
Mix the chard and add the Swiss chard, eggs and chopped onion. Season and add the grated cheese.
Step 3
Cook in a bain-marie at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
