50 g mozzarella cheese, diced

1 half grapefruit

1 red onion

Cherry tomato cut in half

Lemon juice (better than oil)

various pepper spices, chilli, coriander powder cumin, ginger..., garlic, salt, olive oil, a little sesame, and herbs from Provence

Step 1
In a large bowl, place all the chopped fruits and vegetables (remove all the skin from the grapefruit).
Step 2
Then add all the elements of the sauce, according to your desires, and dose to your taste.

You can add a few sesame or sunflower seeds, a diced avocado, or black grapes...
