500 g sheep's foot (mushrooms)

200 g beaufort

200 g of county

200 g Emmental cheese

1 clove of garlic

1 shallot

1 bottle of Savoy white wine

1 country-style bread

Pepper

Nutmeg

Step 1
Carefully clean the sheep's feet.
Step 2
Cut them into pieces.
Step 3
After sautéing a sliced shallots in butter, add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes.
Stage 4
Meanwhile, cut the cheeses into small cubes.
Step 5
Melt them in a fondue pot rubbed with garlic.
Step 6
Add a few centilitres of wine.
Step 7
Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Step 8
Finally, stir the mushrooms into the fondue.
