Key Lime Pie - Lime Pie

35 cl of bastogne reduced to powder

70 g butter

60 g sugar

1 can sweetened condensed milk

5 egg yolks

Lime (12 cl)

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the powdered biscuits with the melted butter and sugar.
Step 3
Pour into a baking pan covered with parchment paper to form the bottom of the pie. Press well.
Step 4
Mix the egg yolks with the condensed milk and add the lemon juice.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pie.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 190°C (thermostat 6-7) for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool and serve chilled!

Bastogne is a spice and cinnamon biscuit.
