Smoked salmon under plastic

8 walnut kernels

Lamb's lettuce

Scarole

Batavia or salad assortment from the supermarket

Virgin olive oil

Crumb bread or 1/4 baguette

Fresh basil (it's better) or packaged.

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Freeze 5 squares of kiri in the freezer, 5 minutes before the start of the recipe.
Step 2
Cut the salmon on a board into strips.
Step 3
Reserve the salmon strips in the fridge, basting them with half a lime beforehand.
Step 4
Cut 3 slices of sandwich bread in half and then into French fries across the width.
Step 5
Prepare two cloves of garlic in a bowl using a garlic scraper or garlic press with a little water and pepper.

Mix the preparation with the crumb bread cut into chips by hand so that it penetrates gently.

Wash and drain the lamb's lettuce and basil separately.

Coarsely or thinly slice the basil.

Fragment 8 walnut kernels into medium and almost uniform pieces.

Remove the 5 Kiris from the freezer and cut them into 4.
