1.5 kg of leek

6 hard-boiled eggs

200 g beaufort

30 g butter

30 g flour

40 cl milk

Nutmeg

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Wash and slice the leeks.
Step Two
Cook them for 20 minutes in boiling salted water or steam.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour, then pour in the milk. Let thicken over low heat by whisking, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
