1 shortcrust pastry

200 g of beaufort

200 g raclette cheese

200 g county cheese

3 eggs

20 cl of liquid cream

Butter

Nutmeg

Pepper




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 50 MIN
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to thermostat 7 (210°C).
Step 2
Roll out the dough in a mould and prick the bottom.
Step 3
Cut the cheeses into strips and spread them over the dough.
Step 4
Mix the eggs with pepper and nutmeg and pour this mixture over the cheese.
Step 5
Cook for 30 min.

Serve very hot.
