Melting salad tomato mozzarella

Melting salad tomato mozzarella

Number of people

2 tomatoes

2 scoops of mozzarella

1 onion

Chopped basil

batavia leaf

8 slices of bacon

3 teaspoons of tapenade

6 field stick toasts



4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Slice the base of the tomatoes a little so that they stand in a dish.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes, mozzarella and onion into 1 cm rings (a little thinner for mozzarella). You have to have as many slices of each.
Step 3
Bring the tomatoes up like this: a slice of tomato, one of mozzarella, then onion, in the top floor, season with a little salt, pepper and basil. Finish with a slice of mozzarella cheese, then press the tomato.
Step 4
Prick the set of skewer spikes to keep the tomatoes cooked.
Step 5
Place the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, then put them in the oven at 180°C, thermostat 6, for 10 minutes.
Step 6
The mozzarella has to melt.
Step 7
Grill the bacon slices in a frying pan, then detail them.
Step 8
Arrange the salad on 2 plates, add the bacon, toast spread with tapenade, season with oil and vinegar.
Step 9
Arrange the tomatoes next to the salad, finish by basting the tomato with balsamic vinegar.
Author's note
For basil, you can find it in the frozen section, moreover I use this one, if not the fresh one, or the dried one. But dried basil is less tasty!
